			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>The Vigilante Cartel</strong> is a group of various audio visual, Film and multimedia production companies with a roster that includes a broad array of both local artists and international superstars. The various companies involved in the cartel   boasts a vast catalog that comprises some of the most important productions in history.</p>
<h2><strong>History </strong></h2>
<p><strong>The Vigilante Cartel</strong> was founded by Dave Peoples (owner of Vigilante Records) in 1992. The first company the joined with the cartel was (Gerald Dixon) North End Productions. The next company to get on board with this concept was (Nate Krafft) Infra Red followed by (Marvin Jenkins) Phantom Records, (Walter Jones) Ambient Grooves and (Jeff Suber) Professional Records. In the years that followed other companies and producers would work with the cartel some of these companies that work with the cartel or joined were (David Whiteside) D.O.W Records (Derrick Adams) Ghetto Tech Records</p>
